- Awarded Percent for Art Commission from the State of Connecticut for a hanging sculpture for the dome of the Gampel Sports Pavilion, University of Connecticut, Storrs
- Winner of National Competition for 42 foot industrial cloth mural for the community swimming pool, Fairfield, Iowa.
Mrs. Kanter has curated and organized group shows, including:
